      Pros

      Team atmosphere, amazing people, courageous leadership, deserve the accolades - this employer really cares -- there is a very racist review from someone who was obviously fired on this site, where they call our people buffoons, evil and the CEO clueless. I have to mention that Glassdoor is very unprofessional and shameless allowing these comments.

      Cons

      None really - wish they had more money to really show what our people can achieve.

      Endless opportunities to do stories around the country, for online, TV and podcasts. Lots of professional development opportunities in the organization. You can be trained to do multiple jobs.

      Cons

      Several people there have been doing the same job (poorly) for a long time.
