Pros
- Famil trips are offered quite widely - They just brought in a work from anywhere policy, but its incredibly difficult to access. - The new office from November looks cool (but despite saying its not hot desking... its hot desking)
Cons
- Famil trips are only offered to those that management likes, and destination will be selected based on whether they like you and not on how good you are at your job. - The pay sucks, you will not be given anything beyond a standard cost of living increase each year - no bonuses - You will work more hours than are part of your role and you will not be paid extra for it - Regardless of what you do you will not be recognized for your work. The same few people will however be recognized. - It's a joke within the company that the systems are so old and will not be fixed. Anything new that is brought in is not maintained so it is quickly not used. - There is no chance for promotion within the Product department, do not even bother. - The structure changes so often that you will never know exactly what you are meant to do. - Managers will micromanage everything you do and will not back you up when it comes to conflict.
