      Pros

      APR has strong vision and is the leader in their market. There are constant challenges and new product releases which keep the job interesting.

      Cons

      They are owned by an Equity Partner and the current management is controlled by an accountant with little knowledge of true procurement. The purchasing dept. is only allowed one person and the company really needs at least two. There is no one to go to above the CFO which is where the biggest problems lie.

      Highly talented and great people on site. A shared enthusiasm for German performance with unmatched technical expertise.

      Cons

      Now owned by Holley Performance Brands. They have systematically gutted every company they have absorbed to maximize profits in the short term.
