Employee review: NEVER JOIN I joined here in 2024 as a Quality lead-II not knowing the company’s pathetic culture and values. Employees are micro managed to a level where the employee will feel harassed or tortured. They don’t possess global business standards. 12 Annual leaves being given wherein you can’t take two leaves together and you can’t take leaves on fridays/mondays it will be counted as sandwich for 4days. Works hours are 9.5hours. Employees are literally made to sit and work for 9hours. You can’t leave early by an hour or two you have to apply half day leave or stuff. Salary cycle is 1-20 keeping 10days of salary of employees with themselves is such a clever move. Installing apps like worksnap, clockdiary for monitoring the work again micro managing. They even have developed a pathetic product clockdiary of micro management which they highly think someone will buy in today’s time where companies are moving to trust instead of micro management. Trust me, Company policies sound totally absurd as per today’s global IT sector policies. It is an actual LALA COMPANY. They hardly have senior employees majority is interns who have 2-3year bond. People join and leave here after getting to know management and company culture. They have tie-ups with other HRs to know if someone from their company is looking out for job. They do on spot termination without paying full amount for notice period. Mailing them or calling them for your money is a waste because this is below low level company and they are expert in stealing money of their employees. I was shocked that these type of companies even exist. Thanking god for saving me from a long term torture.

We do not hold back any employee’s rightful dues — salaries and settlements are always processed in a timely and transparent manner.
