-there "might" be trainings if they see you being fanatic to the company or big bosses -rank and file employees are friendly
Cons
-TOTALLY no work life balance -redundant admin/hr task that you need to accomplish every day -no improvement on their internal apps/workflow -townhalls and other internal meetings are non-sense. false promises -inconsistent kpi metrics
