      Pros

      Great brand, very good stock growth, as long as you work 10-14 hours a day you are good.

      Cons

      Hr is not powerful. Department Management can make bad decisions and mess with anyone under them.

      Pros

      Very fast-paced and challenging work environment. Coworkers are intelligent and rational individuals that don't exhibit a lot of office drama. Very reasonable compensation based on performance. Manager training programs constantly improve the quality of our managers.

      Cons

      Sometimes things can get very hectic close to product release dates. A lot of pressure can come from the executive level.
