      Innovative and like a family. I will always cherish the work I did with apparatus. They always had my best interest at heart. I loved going to work everyday.

      The starting base pay for a finishing associate is $35 an hour.

      Cons

      They will try to lowball you with less than $25 an hour. Don’t give in. This kind of skilled work demands a high pay and the company is making millions so ask for the pay you deserve!
