Cons
What used to be an amazing company with a great story has shifted into an insane asylum. Those placed in the leadership role has no skill set in management, and hovers over everyone in a panic. How can people truly be successful in this kind of an environment? The Executives are disrespectful to staff, condescending, will lie and throw anyone under the bus to protect themselves instead of finding a solution and working as a team. Smart employees who challenge the absurdity are let go or pushed out to quit, and in exchange, those who do not have any experience in their area are hired, only because the Executive is friends with them and do not have the expertise to make any intelligent choices.
