Pros
Challenging job with great stability and security. Many opportunities within the AP Moller/Maersk Group besides APM terminals if one desires a different career path with this highly diversified company. Great benefits package.
Cons
Pay should be higher for the industry. Are some turnover issues mostly because people are not expecting the amount of responsibility and a tough schedule especially in the marine department.
