The name only open doors to work in other companies but in terms of staff development & welfare, its zero
Cons
The company works with Maritime union and un-professional HR employees to reep staffs off. Conditions of service is poor as operations departmen work a compulsory 12hour shift wwith meagre pay which is not healthy over the years increasingly. Industry allowances are not paid.
