      Pros

      Can make alright money is you work 12 hours a day 5 days a week in the office. But the role is capped to 30k base

      Cons

      No software, horrible people, limited on email outbound. Terrible reputation with clients. No training and cult like behaviour of all the senior management

      - Exciting and fast-paced working environment with opportunities to be creative - There are plenty of projects to get stuck into - Senior management trust you - Great team spirit - Fun Christmas and summer parties

      Cons

      - Key decisions can sometimes take a while for sign off and approval. But worth it in the end!

      Pros

      Really lovely people and supportive leadership team. Business wants employees to succeed and works hard to support the people who work here. The culture is fast, collaborative, and filled with people who enjoy what they do. Leadership team are open to feedback and progressing the company.

      Cons

      Fast paced and pressured Business is working to improve processes but this is a work in progress.
