      Pros

      The supervisors schedule desk assessments with the staff to gauge their workload. My previous employers never bothered to go to this degree.

      Cons

      The analysts are often placed in the role of a project manager. This means weekly calls with overseas operations teams. This tends to disrupt work-life balance especially if the projects are going on for more than six months.
