      not really much besides the stable hours

      Cons

      Low pay, management is never open to new ideas, wants to stick with the old ways. Will replace you rather than pay you more but will always ask for more work. No room for growth.

      Pros

      I get exposed to many diverse things in my role that allow me to stretch and learn every day. This place is a gold mine for development and experience. The Sr. Leadership team is fantastic, especially on the Sales and Operations side of the business. This is a business that you will get out what you put in and I'm very thankful for my time there.
