Pros
I am currently employed at APF Properties, and I have been here for multiple years. The company is in the business of commercial real estate management. The working atmosphere is very professional, and the upper management (and ownership) seem very well versed to compete and grow in this industry. Time off and holidays are typical, but the 401 K contributions and profit sharing have been terrific, which is very important to me. Also, we have acquired some new buildings recently, so we appear to be in a good growth pattern. And I've noticed lately that they appear to be promoting from within when a position opens up, so that is important for my career path.
Cons
There has been some turnover that temporarily puts additional work on the other employees and myself, but hopefully their future hiring's will strengthen the good core team that has been here quite some time. Also, I think the company is going through some growing pains, and HR seems to be doing their best to keep up.
