      - Work from home as a software engineer - Great, supportive coworkers - Intelligent managers and executives who know their employees and make an effort to ensure that they have everything they need to succeed

      Cons

      - Working from home isn't for everyone, so if you need to be in an office and if you don't have clearance or don't work in the right city, this might not be for you

      Pros

      Depending on what you want to do, you can work from home full-time, or work on-site (assuming you're in one of the right areas). The CEO of the parent company is eager to make everyone happy (and he's fun to hang out with). Middle management is intelligent, experienced, and eager to make a difference both for the customers and their employees. Salary and benefits start out decent and grow quickly; it might not stack up against Google or Facebook in Silicon Valley, but for most parts of the country, the salary is really good. Coworkers are smart, dedicated, and eager to help each other out. The team gets together multiple times a year to hang out, meet with customers, improve processes, and enjoy some drinks together.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.
