The company is making a lot of good changes. They are moving to a 4 day work schedule, increased paid vacation time and added 2 holidays. It is a good work environment.
Better salary is there as compared to some companies.
Cons
Not suitable working environment since there is high temperature especialli in July and August. In addition, supervisors are misguided by senior employees or they do not have a mechanism to evaluate an individual's efficiency.
