Pride in Wearing a uniform, over inflated ego, close relationships with the other rats in your cage, cbt paid for, cool uniform, sense of importance, get to travel and meet people.
Cons
Everything. Lied to from day 1.Awful management, awful training, constant emotional/psychological abuse. No rights. Every second of work time monitored by base. Charged for accidental damage to equipment that is 9/10 faulty. Constantly pushed to put your live at risk for the job. Higher and Higher targets, rotational shift work. Overtime pushed on you. Tedious work. Overbearing and abusive management. Minimum wage. Life threaghtened on a daily basis. No mercy. Leaves many of the staff traumatised or fighting suicide, anxiety or some form of depression. The longer you stay the worse it gets.
