      Small company making believe that it has a family spirit and with commitment to all workers, and that it will participate in building the skills of all employees, but it is not like that! And also the benefits are shared with us.

      Interesting ESA projects, company has heritage in space

      Cons

      Management and HR are still locked in the 20th century, creating constant employee turnovers and unbelievable rules. Personel is not managed well and no benefits really exist. No flexibility for employee's lifes.
