      Pros

      If you just want to work 42 hours its the perfect place BUT you will be asked to work for free more than 200 hours just for the pleasure of the CEO

      Cons

      If you're not an EPFL alumni like the boss, you are nothing. They are liars and cheat you. There is absolutely no career opportunity. They are really good sales about job that they want to fill but treat people with very little respect. Be ready to be fired the first day of you're come back from holiday

      Pros

      Interesting ESA projects, company has heritage in space

      Cons

      Management and HR are still locked in the 20th century, creating constant employee turnovers and unbelievable rules. Personel is not managed well and no benefits really exist. No flexibility for employee's lifes.
