everything is a con because they are conning employees

No pros of working here

My experience here was disappointing. The role was presented as a business expansion opportunity, but employees were let go within a couple of months with little clarity or direction. Despite being promised flexibility, the expectation was to be present in office for 8 hours regardless of workload and you were tracked when you take breaks.
