Most immature company in my entire (25+yr) career - Advisory Senior Manager APA Employee Review

Despite raising various issues to HR team members (even in writing), it falls on deaf ears. Everything done is just to 'check a box' and lip service. I have not seen a single shred of actual care. Overall company thrives on bandaid solutions. Noone can see further than 2 steps. Noone has faith in group systems which breeds shadow IT. The central risk team are nice as a pub friend, but beyond that, the skill gap is highly evident when they try to talk risk. Very junior mindsets with no strategy in mind despite working here for over 4-5yrs. They're all made up of ex-consultants with a weak grasp of risk fundamentals.
