It's a great place to work!

There are none I can think of

Friendly work environment, they have a great marketing department and give great product and software program demonstrations. They try to provide company activities that include everybody.

Main software programs they offer are becoming obsolete. The program implementations can take months to complete. Most programs are overpriced compared to competitive programs. Company does not have any direction or plans of what to offer customers once their current main programs actually do become obsolete. Some of the people in their tech support department hate being there and will say and do anything to prevent a new sell that will require a little extra work on their part. Yes, some of their tech support people will actually prevent some sells from taking place just so they will not need to do any extra work! However, they do have some people in their tech support department that actually understands where their checks come from and are team players and understand the hours they are at work go by regardless if they are helping a customer or playing games on their computer, and prefer to be helping a customer.
