      Good Orientation, Competitive environment, International/Multinational, very strong database and network of financial pros across the middle east and Europe

      not very friendly, very bad commission structure and not much room for growth, no career path and very minimal development or training

      Wide variety of projects and fast paced environment. Very little attention to formalities and fancy presentation materials. It is all about the substance and getting the job done.
