1. Turnover is high that more than 60% of the people resigned in an year
2. Remuneration is way below industry standard regardless of good performance. Health/pension benefits are really basic
3. Management is immature and does not handle matters in a legit and fair way. e.g. Increase employees' notice period every year to retain people. Also promises are made from management but never gets fulfilled
4. Employees are treated as tools but not assets. Management hopes to get cheap labors to make money from simple strategies only. Employees keep leaving these years and only juniors join now
5. Did not see a plan for employees' career growth from management and can be a black hole working there. Some people are employed to work on trivial stuff only even with great titles
6. Only a few resources being put on trading technology. All trading is basic and cannot compete with other firms
7. Basically no HR and management does not follow law of employment upon employees' resignation
