Pros

Relocation expenses are covered Decent health benefits

Cons

- No room for growth - Hostile work environment - Long hours due to having to be available for india teams - They don’t care about the well-being of employees / mental health at all - No clear directions from PM and management - Senior level UX/UI is not supportive and they talk down on you - Severance pay is only 2 weeks and they let you go without notice even if you’re the most talented and hardest worker - Work politics - No training - No actual clients when they hire you, you’re expected to win proposals and if you don’t, you’re treated poorly - They say remote work but then force you into the office
