Higher-ups are so highly compensated that there is a discrepancy between understanding of basic salary needs and inflation. Zero loyalty (I understand anyone can leave or be fired at any time but the belief that anyone can be replaced doesn't mean they should). Regardless of how many communication policies are put in place doesn't mean they work. Most are just a check mark to say, "Look how we listened". Whatever.
