      Can work from home. Good location in CBD. No micromanaging but subject to different team.

      Cons

      Pay is low comparison to competitors. This is so ironic as we even have a talent rewards consulting team and yet we can't even retain our own employees well

      Pros

      New learning opportunities everyday, it can be as hard and easy as you want to be.

      Cons

      No autonomy, you will be 3rd or 4th down the rung for any account. Opportunity to lead discussions with clients is very marginal.
