Nice clients. Good working conditions and environment.Very friendly co-workers. The management is attentive to the service quality, so expectations are high. I like that the workload is manageable. Competitive salary and healthcare benefits.

You need to know all the guidelines and policies and stick to them. This means a bit of a learning curve (especially at the beginning).

Unfortunately, this was the worst job I have ever had. The environment was stressful and uneasy. Management views estheticians as support staff rather than service providers. They are extremely unprofessional and immature. Around here, you are supposed to keep a smile on your face no matter what is going on. The moment you are not acting positive enough, someone makes it their mission to address it. I would not recommend working here to even my worst enemy.
