      A real multicultural environment full of smart people in all the sectors. Nice place to be! Nice robot to use and deploy!

      Salary not huge but after a while finally competitive with Zurich crazy salaries

      - great product to work with, with high demand on the market - cool brands as customers - competitive salary for a startup

      Cons

      - poor leadership training for the middle and upper management - a CEO culture - it seems that nobody can advance projects without his approval - not ready to scale as teams get stuck in unnecessary approval processes - as an individual contributor, it seems that you are not trusted to do your work, there's a lot of micromanagement in some teams - lack of diversity: management is mostly Swiss white male, very few women in the company
