      Pros

      The building is nice. That's about it.

      Cons

      They can't retain employees to save their lives! Everyone leaves after a year. For a company that's suppose to thrive off blockchain innovation, why is it that 50% of their engineers have left in the past year and 40% has left in the past 6 months??? They also give no valuable employee feedback, and employees are left to figure things out for themselves. Lastly the office space is overcrowded with people who won't even stay for long.

      Pros

      free style management, could learn new technology without fearing project failure

      Cons

      good work will be appreciated but bad work will also got support. measure of performance is highly subjective and based on boss personal taste instead of fact. project delivery is not considered important.

      Pros

      I have always wanted to have the opportunity to know about cryptocurrency and was when i returned from the UK to Hong Kong, ANX was one of the companies i interviewed at. Although it was a steep learning curve for me to quickly understood about this industry, my mentors were really helpful in teaching me the ropes. This just led me to the continued progress in the Fintech space!
