I was surprised by the negative reviews on here, as those opinions certainly do not match my own. From what I have witnessed, the company truly cares about it's employees and has worked hard to make changes for the better.
Cons
ANV is a relatively new organisation that has seen a lot of change in a short space of time. Naturally that is going to bring about some problems, such as procedures / processes that need improvement and stronger relationship building across teams, but I appreciate that this can take time. As 'they' say...Rome wasn't built in a day!
