Pros
It is a company where career wise you would gain nothing but you will be able to get more better in understanding different sides of people working and also you would get better at so called sales skill which nothing except scamming people their money. The seniors would let you learn how favouritism is greater than any kind of efforts you give in your work to the company. The best thing you could learn in the company is making believe that how to make the candidates Feel as if they are interviewing for a MNC rather than a failed start up who struggles in providing the job security and the salary. You will also learn in this company how to bind people in this so called 6 months promotion thing of the company with increments and stuff but the actual fact is the company is still trying understand the strategy they want to take in scamming business.
Cons
There are on cons in this company. The company does not provide any salary if target is not achieved. Even if you are working as an employee you would feel you are working comission based because it was said by the manager efforts matter more than numbers. There is no proper documented salary policy of the company so you would have to believe on the words the company. The main business of the company itself is to play with the careers of ambitious people.
