Pros
- Pockets of nice and talented people - Supportive People Leads (now rebranded to something else) - Some clubs do have interesting client work that challenges people - Good work life balance compared to other consulting firms
Cons
Like most recent reviews have eluded to, the company has been struggling financially for about two years and the consequences have been multiple rounds of redundancies (6 by now?), constant cost cutting and all time low morale. - the CEO flies business class for UK short flights and has dinners with internal people at michelin star restaurants while having made 600 people redundant. SHOCKING. Be aware of how they prioritise spending money, clearly not on ANDis! - lack of client work in the pipeline and lots of pressure on sales but doing more of the same won't get a different result - no career or development opportunities for senior people (L6s) - all London offices are now merged / shared between lots of clubs to cut costs which makes it feel like it's not a home anymore - shares in the company are now worthless - the CFO left in less than 12 months of joining - that tells you something about the confidence in the financial performance of this business
