      Tele-working at least one day a week; most in the organization want to do the right thing. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      organization is part of a union -required to be member if below the leadership level. Senior/executive leadership pays good lip-service to wanting to do the right thing, but they do not want to hear other ideas

      Excellent place for growth. Management is always supportive. Benefits are competitve.

      Cons

      Extremely high call volume. Only 1 hour for lunch and two 15 min breaks.
