Not only do we get to step away from our desks and play with R/C toys frequently, the company is always planning and putting on fun activities to build the team. Everyone here has a genuine desire to do their best all the time and seem to love what they do. Management is always on the lookout for those who go above and beyond and that hard work is always rewarded when it comes time to promote as they value promoting from within. Knowing your hard work is appreciated and rewarded truly elevates morale to levels I have never encountered before working here.
