*stability and growth potential * great referral and performance bonus program * open door policy with management - employees are encouraged to talk with their direct supervisor if there is an issue * cross-training opportunities for production associates to increase their pay * invests in employees who show potential and actively promotes employees from within the organization

* lacks the same vision across all management * growing very rapidly, which can be painful, but is manageable

They don’t care if you call off, multiple employees have over 10 points and nothing has been done.

They do nothing about employees who cause issues. People can throw temper tantrums and no preventative action will be taken. Spiteful management, will cut their nose off to spite their face. Management specifically makes no effort to improve workmanship, and are specifically there to claim their weekly salary.
