Management was horrible! They are nice one day and the next they turn their back on you if you make a mistake. Favoritism is definitely played here. If you aren't buddy buddy with the management or the HR department you wont get far. Pay sucks, they aren't even close to market value unless you are on the management side of things, bonuses suck unless you are buddies with your manager and supervisor otherwise good luck, and yearly raises are a joke.
