Pros
If you like to work mandatory 60 hours a week nonstop for a few cents above minimum wage because no one wants to work here and you have to keep up with a schedule this is the job for you. Benefits: Only thing that is probably good is they "offer" benefits. They offer all employees a 401k, but they do not match even a third.... which is horrible. They do offer health insurance, but the health insurance is really expensive, you can get cheaper insurance yourself.
Cons
HR lies a lot when hiring people, and most people dont even last more than a day. I have seen hundreds of people come and go. They are also really strict on the hiring process, which is surprising since they pay so little. There is no such thing as raises in this place, you have a review once a year and only if its good you might get a raise. So no matter how hard you work, if you ever mess up it will count against you in your review. They force you to take half of your vacation days when they want you to. You will probably be doing 2-3 peoples jobs at a time, simply because again no one wants to work there since they do not have enough people, is no wonder HR always says "we are always hiring" like it is a good thing.
