Pros

- Self-aware, long-term minded management - Great colleagues - Fully remote - People are competent and friendly - Great decision makers in terms of technology - Many opportunities to develop new skills - Competitive pay

Cons

- Lesser known customers outside of Canada. Customer base needs to be diversified outside of North America - Teams could be better integrated although this is changing - More feedback on a regular basis would be helpful

Pros

Sometimes remote work is offered

Cons

Don’t take a job here if you are looking for development or meaningful advancement. Take the job for the pay cheque and bounce. Avoid working on the m365 team as it’s heavily micromanaged. Heavy turnover as the ceo pivots direction and culls teams that were built up to support the previous pivot.
