- It's surprisingly easy to get a job at AMT and to gather the necessary experience to move on to a higher ground. Thust me, you will want to move on.. - 50% staff discount, limited to three items a day - You mostly get your preferred hours and day offs, the rota system is flexible
Cons
- The vage is 6.70 per hour (7.70 for nightshift) and it's just impossible to can get a pay rise - Don't expect your talent to be recognized in any way, be prepared to wait ages for a promotion - From the level of Area Managers and above, noone has a clue about what's going on behind the counter, most of them are shamefully incompetent about the needs of the business
