Pros
Very difficult to find any thing positive about this company, but I do not want to be all negative so I will say that every now and then they someone talented will come through their ranks ......
Cons
As a continuation from the "pros", any talent that comes to Amsys ultimately leaves, usually in a year or less, but then they go on to have success elsewhere. The questions that anyone considering Amsys as an employer needs to ask themselves are: Do I want to work with a company that misrepresents itself to its clientbase? To its employees? A company that changes its "financial data" to lure people in as well as investors? Is continuously "restructuring" both management and business models therefore leaving key people wondering if they will have a job in the immediate future? Has a general culture that dislikes the CEO but is too afraid to say anything for fear of losing their job? Again, perhaps they will get it together one day when they realize that these things will always come full circle.
