What you’ve described, particularly regarding leadership behaviour, employee wellbeing, and workplace culture is not aligned with the environment we have at AMS.
We regularly review onboarding and exit surveys, along with pulse survey data. Please can you contact me directly, it is difficult for me to respond to such serious claims and allegations when I don't have any information about this.
