Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we really appreciate it. I can see you have referenced communication. We now have sessions in our Leadership Academy which focus on communication as we know transparent and consistent communication is critical to engage our teams. I am sorry you feel everyone is not being held to the same standard, I agree that would not be the way we want to work at AMS and I will look into this across the Group, our performance framework aims to achieve a consistent approach but I can see you don't feel that. As always, I am happy for you to approach me directly. I am really glad you mentioned us trying to evolve as we are constantly working on new initiatives and it is good that you can see that, it means we are making progress which makes me very happy!!
