Pros
AMS is place where you get out what you put in. Since I have joined AMS, the firm has changed a lot (in a positive way).
Senior management will listen and implement new initiatives off the back of employee feedback. Examples of these since I have joined, offering free breakfast, employee recognition initiatives and improved benefits packages.
A new learning and development program has been introduced for soft skills as well as technical.
All the employees and senior leaders, as well as my team, are extremely friendly and I feel so welcome and valued by AMS.
