      Pros

      The management make fake reviews and beg staff to do reviews… says it all

      Cons

      Worst company ever! no progression offered whatsoever, toxic management, bullying, and everything else you’d avoid in a job. They ask their current staff to write false reviews to cover up this disgusting company, I wish the effort would go into actually making it a better place instead. If you want to be talked about, stay on the same wage and go absolutely no where in life, this is the place for you…

      Pros

      I'm fortunate enough to work across much of the group and am able to work alongside and collaborate with the many amazing people employed at AMS. People are enthusiastic about their roles and enjoy helping AMS Group strive towards it's high growth goals. You will love AMS if you are a team player, are creative and enjoy a challenge. The remuneration is good. The culture is good. The HR team are really friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      The open plan layout at head office can be noisy and there are only a limited meeting rooms.
