      Pros

      - Real focus on making positive changes for current employees - Benefits improving such as buying and selling holidays and birthday's off - Managers from divisions are on board with cultural changes that are being rolled out - Nice, supportive people - 6 CSR days per year

      Cons

      - don't offer the best annual leave policy but at least there is the option to buy and sell

This is a really balanced and helpful review, our annual leave policy is something we are reviewing, alongside the buy and sell policy, hopefully we will have a update on that for you soon. We know the CSR allowance and birthday off is popular with people, so we need see how we can ensure people feel the same about the annual leave. Really appreciate you taking the time to do this.       Pros

      I'm fortunate enough to work across much of the group and am able to work alongside and collaborate with the many amazing people employed at AMS. People are enthusiastic about their roles and enjoy helping AMS Group strive towards it's high growth goals. You will love AMS if you are a team player, are creative and enjoy a challenge. The remuneration is good. The culture is good. The HR team are really friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      The open plan layout at head office can be noisy and there are only a limited meeting rooms.
