Just wanted to update you (and I am sure you are aware) since you wrote this we have had a fulltime L&D Manager start who is focused on all internal training and launching the culture champ group will help us with socials. I really appreciate your feedback though, I know we aren't perfect but we are trying hard to improve and feedback is helping us.

      Pros

      I'm fortunate enough to work across much of the group and am able to work alongside and collaborate with the many amazing people employed at AMS. People are enthusiastic about their roles and enjoy helping AMS Group strive towards it's high growth goals. You will love AMS if you are a team player, are creative and enjoy a challenge. The remuneration is good. The culture is good. The HR team are really friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      The open plan layout at head office can be noisy and there are only a limited meeting rooms.
