Incredibly toxic culture. Bullying by senior management. HR with no power as in control by the owners that means any toxicity/bullying is never sorted out. Incompetent managers with no people skills that micromanage. I’ve heard a Director read out someones CV that applied for a role in his department and laugh at it. You’ll be overworked and underpaid. No training, minimum annual leave (20 days) expected to work back any time for doctors appointments/dentists appointments. Company relies on questionable R&D claims to appear like a highly ranked accountancy practise. Anyone decent at the company tends to leave within a year. They hire people and then decide they don’t have the work so get rid of them with no notice.
