Senior Recruiter - Has business contact but no candidate contact until offer stage. Resourcing role - Candidates only, no business contact. Too many people involved in process, lots of process offshored. You will not develop as a recruiter in this role Promotions are only for those who are in bed with Management. Drug culture amongst Managers. Benefits are awful, 5% matched pension. Bonus level max 10%. No team togetherness.
