      1. Learning is fine 2. Good co-workers in research team 3. Good clients 4. Supoortive reseach head

      Cons

      1. Worst working hours- 10:30am to 7:30pm 2. no holidays at all 3. no work-life balance 4. no professionalism. it has more to do with maintaing personal relationships here 5. gets very frustrating after a while

      Do you wanna work in a lala company join here. We are family and we can make your life a living hell.

      Cons

      This is the worst place. Juniors paid more than seniors. Seniors mention to use chatgpt to write reports. All is about micro management. They know well how to make you suffer. No place for voice. No HR a kid is at the position of HR. No job security. After 20 yr of working with them they can remove you the next moment.
